Painting with Lights

Over the last few years, I’ve had many attempts at light painting, many done unexpectedly.

This image was taken over two years ago for my year 11 coursework.

The image above was taken on outskirts of Leeds, near Garforth. The image was taken unintentionally and shows light trails from passing cars.

I then took my newly learned skill to the railway, which, unexpectedly is a great place for as photoshoot. A passing freight train is the subject of this image, passing Knottingley station.

Old A1 (A162) at Ferrybridge

My next and final image in this series, is taken on the Old A1 at Ferrybridge, where a passing lorry becomes the subject despite it not being visible. Other smaller vehicles were also present, as can be seen on the southbound carriageway.
